Cancellation, After-Hours & Location Fee Policy

At CoreDrip IV Infusions, we are committed to delivering premium mobile IV therapy services
directly to you-safely, timely, and with excellence. To help us maintain this level of care, please
review the following service policies:

Appointments

Appointments are held exclusively for you. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
Payment will only be processed after your appointment unless a cancellation, after-hours, or
distance fee applies.

Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling:
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
- This allows us to respect our licensed providers' time and offer that availability to another client in
need.

Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. A $100 late
cancellation fee may still apply.

After-Hours Appointments (9 PM - 5 AM)
CoreDrip IV Infusions offers flexibility for clients needing evening or overnight care.
- Appointments booked between 9:00 PM and 5:00 AM will include an additional $100 after-hours
service fee.

Availability is limited and must be confirmed directly.

Location & Travel Fee
We proudly serve the Phoenix Metropolitan Area, but additional travel fees may apply for locations
outside our standard range.
- A travel fee will apply for appointments more than 25 miles from our central dispatch location.
- The fee amount will be calculated based on distance, time, and availability, and confirmed prior to
your appointment.
Please contact us in advance if you're unsure whether your location falls within our standard service
zone.

Group Bookings & Private Events
For group sessions (3 or more people) or private events, cancellations must be made at least 48
hours in advance.
A non-refundable deposit may be required for large bookings or events.

Medical Emergencies
We understand emergencies and illness may arise. Please reach out immediately in such cases.
We may waive cancellation or rescheduling fees on a case-by-case basis.
